PowerPoint presentation

From the Sessions dashboard, click + New guide in the left sidebar. In the creation panel, select Load from file, then choose PowerPoint presentation.

Drag your .pptx file onto the upload area or click Browse to select it. Pigeon will extract the text from each slide in order.

• Slide title → becomes the section title
• Slide body text and bullet points → becomes the section content
• Images, charts, and diagrams on slides are not imported — only text

After uploading you'll see your presentation content mapped into the guide editor. At this point the content will look exactly like your slides — short bullet fragments, capitalised key terms, and clipped phrasing designed to be read on a screen, not spoken out loud.

This is where AI Cleanup comes in.

Click the AI Cleanup button in the guide editor toolbar. Pigeon will send each section's content to your AI provider with instructions to rewrite it as natural spoken language — expanding bullet points into full sentences, smoothing out clipped phrasing, and making it read the way a trainer would actually deliver it.

What AI Cleanup does to each section:

• Expands bullet points into connected prose
• Replaces slide-speak ("Key point: onboarding timeline") with spoken delivery ("The onboarding timeline runs across your first three months...")
• Preserves the meaning and key facts from the original slide
• Maintains a consistent, professional tone throughout

Once Cleanup completes, your sections will be rewritten into fuller, more natural language. Read through each one and make any final tweaks — adding personal examples, adjusting the tone, or removing anything that doesn't fit your delivery style.
